RTG International the UK based designer and manufacturer of bespoked, own label clothing and merchandise, has expanded its supply base across Asia. Whilst manufacturing out of its own factory in China for some 15 years, RTGi has now integrated other countries into its supply chain. The senior management team at RTGi, with some 45 years behind it, has cast aside geographical bias and "Spread its Wings" across Asia, to broaden its core manufacturing base.

Manufactured from Coolskyn in EN 471 Orange & Yellow, Brightskyn is a 100% wicking polyester developed to keep the wearer dry, cool & comfortable in all working conditions. Demonstrating ultra rapid moisture transfer, it's stay dry technology controls body climate by absorbing sweat and transferring it away from the skin, where it evaporates, expelling the feeling of coldness and avoiding 'skin cling'

RTG hangs up on wire & plastic hangers

We all know how much the plastic bags we use to bring our shopping home damage the environment. But have you ever wondered where the clothes hangers you use to hang your clothes came from, and moreover, the effect these hangers will have on the environment?
To reinforce our commitment to sustainability, RTG has hung up on metal and plastic coat hangers and begun to deliver all garments on cardboard coat hangars made from 100% recycled paper and PET plastic. The new generation, non toxic hangers are extremely strong and intelligently designed, handling up to 20 lbs in weight. Helping to reduce the 8 billion coat hangers that go into landfill every year, they use starch based adhesives, soya based inks and offer a more cost effective, ecological alternative to wire and wood.
Designer Dog Fashion for the Barking Mad

Following on from a rather unusual request for cow blankets last month, we have this week been asked to design a range of fashionable coats for dogs.
Apparently the 3rd annual Pet Fashion Week is being held in August in New York and it’s not just the top dogs who’ll be wearing coats. It seems Poochie couture is big business and coats are very ‘on trend’
RTG’s thermoskyn, is the perfect candidate for a canine coat. It’s a luxurious, soft, water, wind and oil resistant, quick drying, insulative, fleece fabric which also boasts climate control. Purrfect for moggies too.

At last RTG's claim to fame. After being in this business for over 20 years we have eventually featured on TV, or should I say our wellington boots have.
If you were one of the 7 million viewers, watching BBC Over the Rainbow on Saturday night you might have spied the Dorothy's skipping around in Red Wellington Boots. RTG’s, Rockfish Wellington Boots nonetheless!
While I can't promise the wellingtons to have the same magical properties as Dorothy's Ruby Slippers, they will keep your feet warm and dry.
